SASSA Takes Expert Services to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render services to your community.

SASSA are going to be rendering providers like new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, in addition to the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency said it is alarmed about the substantial range of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The goal of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a high number of here clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no fully functional office dedicated to service the area every day. The service issue established for intervention ordeals a substantial influx of opportunity beneficiaries, which makes it difficult for that office to attend to all people who visit a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional assets to allow the servicing of all prospects and raise access to Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
